A prestigious Milanese art gallery has signed a lease in Mayfair to open its first flagship London site.
The Cardi Gallery has taken a 10-year lease for 7,000 sq ft at 22 Grafton Street, W1. It will comprise a gallery and office space.
The gallery will pay a rent in line with the nearby Mayfair average, which now tops more than £100 per sq ft.
