PizzaBuzz has become the latest tenant at Resolution Property’s Alphabeta building, EC2.
The firm has taken a 20-year lease for the 4,000 sq ft restaurant in the 240,000 sq ft City fringe building.
A rent of around £110,000 pa is understood to have been agreed.
Craig Fisher, director of CF Commercial, which advised the landlord, said: “Between the established City of London and up-and-coming Shoreditch, the Alphabeta building bridges the gap between fast food and the expectations of the business district.”
