The first images of what the latest office block and cinema at the King’s Cross regeneration site, N1, will look like, have been released.
Proposals for plot R7 at the 67-acre north London site, have been submitted to Camden council on behalf of the Argent-led King’s Cross Central Partnership.
As tipped by Estates Gazette earlier this month, Duggan Morris Architects-designed plans include a three-screen cinema, shops and office space across two adjoining blocks.
The scheme will total 199,972 sq ft and replace previous proposals for a Sainsbury’s HQ.
