A £32m luxury homes opportunity above the Curzon cinema in Mayfair has been put up for sale.
CBRE has been instructed to sell two existing office floors above the cinema and Mamounia Lounge, W1.
Planning permission is in place to convert the space at 38 Curzon Street into four flats. Based on achieving residential values of £3,500 per sq ft, the homes would have a combined value of circa £31.8m.
Alternatively the space could continue to be used for offices.
It is being sold on behalf of the Merseyside Pension Fund. Offers in excess of £15m are likely according to Mayfair agents.
