Carrigmay Developments has lodged plans for a £30m, 109-flat riverside scheme in Reading, Berkshire.
Kings Point, on the River Kennet, also includes 3,800 sq ft of commercial space. It is positioned as a gateway to Reading and sits within the town’s tall buildings cluster.
The towers in the Assael Architecture-designed plans range in height from seven to 19 storeys. The plans replace proposals for a hotel and, subject to consent, construction is scheduled to complete by 2018.
CgMs Consulting is advising on planning.
