BPF appoints two new committee vice-chairmen

BPF-logo-THUMB.jpegThe British Property Federation has appointed two new vice-chairmen to its residential committee.

Duncan Salvesen, director of residential at Dorrington, and Paul Winstanley, partner, residential valuation at Allsop, will be taking on the new roles.

Current chairman John Coles is stepping down in April after five years with the organisation. Vice-chairman Alan Collett, of M&G Real Estate, is also stepping down.

Coles said: “In Duncan and Paul I could not have wished for two more highly regarded and respected professionals as successors. I am particularly pleased that their skills in London and the regions will continue to ensure the BPF speaks for investors across the country. I am sure they will seek to engage constructively on behalf of the sector with whoever enters Number 10 in May.”
