CBRE GI makes Dutch appointments

CBRE Global Investors has announced three new appointments for its Dutch Residential Fund.

Paul Oremus has been appointed as fund manager for DRES, in addition to his roles as country manager for the Netherlands. Oremus has worked for CBRE Global Investors for 17 years in a number of roles.

Ronald Gordijn has been appointed fund chief financial officer for DRES. He has worked for the company since 2003.

Loes Driessen has been appointed as head of asset management for DRES and will be responsible for the management and technical operations of the portfolio. Driessen joined the company in 2006 and has been an asset manager since 2008.

Pieter Hendrikse, EMEA chief executive of CBRE Global Investors, said: “We are focused on building a sound foundation for future growth for DRES, and these new appointments support that aim.”

The Dutch Residential Fund is a non-listed real estate fund managed by CBRE Global Investors with a portfolio value of approximately £815m, spread across the Netherlands.
