A regular haunt of former prime minister Edward Heath and film star Mae West has been put up for auction.
The Empress Hotel in Blackpool, Lancashire, is to be offered by Savills with a guide price of £170,000.
The freehold 15,190 sq ft hotel, built in 1874, has consent for conversion to nine flats and a shop and is offered with vacant possession.
The auction will take place on 17 February at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, W1.
