Helical Bar has hit a new rental high at its Shepherd’s Bush, W14, development.
The listed propco has let the 13,000 sq ft third floor of the Shepherds Building to Shine Group.
The newly launched firm, part of Endemol Shine – the world’s largest media content creator, producer and distributor – will pay £47.50 per sq ft.
Helical has also recently completed two lease renewals with existing tenants. CrowTV and Noble Desserts – the maker of Gü Puds – have each taken new five-year leases.
The lettings follow a 2014 refurbishment of part of the building, with a further 8,000 sq ft due to complete in May.
Edward Charles & Partners and Freeman Consultancy advised the landlord; Shine was unrepresented.
