The Moving Picture Company has signed for 24,600 sq ft at Roebuck Asset Management’s 141 Wardour Street, W1.
The special effects firm, whose credits include several James Bond and Harry Potter films, is headquartered at 127 Wardour Street, W1.
It will pay £55 per sq ft from 2016 for the expansion space. Roebuck bought the property in 2011 for £30m.
The Lorenz Consultancy advised Moving Pictures; Roebuck was unrepresented.
