British Land has revealed the first image of its 4 Kingdom Street speculative office scheme in Paddington, W2.
The REIT has altered previously consented Allies and Morrison-designed plans to provide 146,000 sq ft of grade-A space across nine storeys. The office will feature larger floorplates than originally proposed.
British Land was due to start on site this week, with completion in 2017.
The building is expected to achieve rents well in excess of the £60 per sq ft the area currently commands.
