Brockton Capital has got the green light for a 467,347 sq ft redevelopment of the former mail sorting office at 21-31 New Oxford Street, WC1.
Camden council approved plans for a Alford Hall Monaghan Morris-designed office-led scheme, with 21 homes, on 12 February.
The 1960s building has been derelict for some 20 years and has was earmarked as a major development site in Camden’s Local Development Framework.
Brockton bought the site in March 2013 from Aviva Investors for around £95m.
Gerald Eve advised on planning.
