Italian restaurant Bella Italia is the latest to sign at the Crown House retail and leisure scheme in Orpington, Greater London.
The chain has agreed to let a 3,400 sq ft unit on a 20-year lease at a rent of circa £76,000 a year.
It is expected to open by autumn 2015, along with a seven-screen Odeon cinema.
Bella Italia is the first restaurant to commit to the £12m development, which is an extension of the adjacent Walnuts Shopping Centre (pictured).
The 65,000 sq ft Crown House scheme, which is owned by Garden Property and asset managed by Vale Retail, is now over 80% prelet, with Odeon, Pure Gym and B&M Retail already committed and another restaurant under offer.
Prime Retail and Kitchen Le Frenais Morgan advised Garden Property.
