SW3 Capital has purchased two Dublin offices, the Dublin Business School on Aungier Street for £7.4m and J5 Plaza in North Park for £4.1m.
Dublin Business School is a 26,800 sq ft office/education facility let to Accountancy and Business College (Ireland). The sale price represented a net initial yield of 6.5%.
J5 Plaza is a 62,000 sq ft building let to tenants including the Special Olympics, Fehily Timoney Engineering Consultants and Kavanagh Accountants. The sale price represented a net initial yield of 8.6%.
