Celebrity chef Glynn Purnell is to run a new, top-end restaurant within the expanded Harvey Nichols at the revamped Mailbox shopping centre in Birmingham.
The Michelin- starred chef will open his third restaurant in the UK’s second city when the £50m renovation of Brockton Capital and Milligan Retail’s 641,000 sq ft mall reopens later this year.
As part of the revamp, Harvey Nichols has doubled the size of its occupation within the centre to 45,000 sq ft. It plans to host several new concepts within the enlarged space, including Purnell’s new restaurant.
