A UK and Norwegian joint venture has submitted plans for a £250m mixed-use scheme in Maidenhead, Berkshire, next to the town’s Crossrail station, which is under construction.
The Landing, proposed by London & Aberdeen Group and Smedvig, will feature 265,000 sq ft of offices, 220 homes and 48,000 sq ft of shops.
An earlier scheme for the site, submitted by ING RED, was rejected by Windsor and Maidenhead council in 2013.
Strutt & Parker is advising the Ryger Maidenhead joint venture.
