Beltane Asset Management and Angelo Gordon have secured planning permission for a major refurbishment of 24 King William Street, EC4.
The Ben Adams-designed scheme includes two new floors, extending the building to 82,000 sq ft. It also features a new façade, plus a large communal garden and terraces with views towards the river.
The building – which has 8,500 sq ft floorplates – will be delivered in the final quarter of 2016.
GM Real Estate and CBRE are the letting agents on the building.
