Workspace has secured planning for 176 homes and 21,500 sq ft of commercial space at the Southall Arches, Ealing, West London.
The scheme will be the first phase of the wider regeneration of the area ahead of the arrival of Crossrail in 2018.
There will be a mix of tenures and the project is estimated for completion in 2017.
Barton Willmore provided planning and architecture for the development.
Ian Dubber, head of planning at Workspace Group, said: “Providing both homes and business space will enable us to meet the growing demand for somewhere which, from 2019, will be one of the best-connected places in London.”
