Councillors have voted in favour of plans for The Hyde, a new scheme including 386 homes and 15,000 sq ft of mixed-use space on the site of a Homebase in Hendon, NW4.
The project is being delivered as a joint venture between Neat Developments and DTZ Investors on a 3.6-acre plot on Edgware Road.
Brent council has designated the area one of four “corridors of change”, which are set to receive significant regeneration investment over the next decade.
