Fox Williams and Pantheon have taken a combined total of 42,600 sq ft at Pembroke Real Estate’s 10 Finsbury Square, EC2.
Business law firm Fox Williams will occupy the sixth and part of the fifth floor, totalling approximately 24,900 sq ft . Private equity fund manager Pantheon has taken about 17,700 sq ft on the fourth floor.
The quoting rent for the properties is £63.50 per sq ft.
The two leases represent 29% of the new property, which is now 74% let or under offer.
Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents for 10 Finsbury Square. Cushman & Wakefield acted for Fox Williams and Fredrick Holt acted for Pantheon.
