Rockspring-logo-NEW-April-2014-THUMB.gifRockspring has appointed Lionel Nicolas to its French operations as a director, replacing Anaud Le Mintier.

Nicolas joins Rockspring from Cordea Savills’ French office where he was managing director for France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

With more than 18 years’ experience, Nicolas has previously worked for MacQuarie Bank, Grosvenor Continental Europe and his own fund management company.

He will report to Rockspring partner Jo De Clercq, who said: “Arnaud made a significant contribution to our French operations during his eight years with Rockspring, notably he was instrumental in Rockspring France becoming a regulated entity in 2013.  While we are sorry to see him go, we are focused on and excited about the future.  Lionel’s extensive experience and knowledge of the French real estate investment markets will be invaluable to Rockspring as we continue to grow our presence in France.  He is a significant addition to our team and we are delighted to welcome him on board.”
