A consortium led by Ivanhoé Cambridge has acquired 3 Minster Court, EC3, for £170m.
Estates Gazette reported last month that Ivanhoé, with Greycoat and FREO, was under offer to buy the 50% stake owned by Santander and the 50% owned by Paribus.
The 275,000 sq ft property was built in the early 1990s by Prudential and is leased to London Underwriting Centre.
Meka Brunel, Ivanhoé Cambridge executive vice president, Europe, said: “3 Minster Court meets our investment objective to build a critical mass of high-quality assets in London.
“EC3 is one of the most sought-after office markets in London. We believe we can add value to the property over time.”
Greycoat, FREO and DTZ acted for Ivanhoé Cambridge.
Savills acted for Santander and Paribus were unrepresented.
