Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has appointed Simon Harding-Roots as executive director.
Harding-Roots joins from Imperial College London, where he was chief operations officer.
As well as overseeing development opportunities in the vicinity of Crossrail’s Bond Street West Station, Harding-Roots will be responsible for Grosvenor’s joint venture project with Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels to redevelop 1-5 Grosvenor Place, SW1, on Hyde Park Corner.
Peter Vernon, chief executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Simon to Grosvenor. He brings vital experience at a time when we have significant opportunities to regenerate our London estate both in Belgravia and Mayfair.”
