Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe has appointed Hans Vrensen as its consultant director for research and education.
Vrensen was previously global head of research at DTZ, joining them in November 2009.
Peter Cosmetatos, chief executive of CREFC Europe, said: “Better information and insight are vital if regulators, investors and market participants are to understand capital flows, risk and pricing. Hans’s familiarity with data and his practical experience with training and education make him the perfect addition to our team at this time.”
