Real Estate Management, the asset manager for Qatari-owned trophy the Shard, SE1, has appointed Savills to lease a new office scheme at 48 Pall Mall, SW1.
The 31,000 sq ft scheme in the heart of St James’s will see 48 and 49 Pall Mall redeveloped into a single building.
The scheme, which is currently under construction, will complete in early 2016.
