British Land has secured five new lettings at Regent’s Place, NW1, totalling 13,400 sq ft.
Cycle Republic and Nuvola have taken 4,300 sq ft and 2,300 sq ft respectively in Euston Tower.
Drake and Morgan has opened a 5,000 sq ft bar, The Refinery, at 5 Brock Street and Australian Coffee shop Beany Green is moving into a 600 sq ft outlet at 30 Brock Street.
Chop’d will open a new 1,200 sq ft restaurant within Regent’s Place Health Club at 1, 4 & 7 Triton Square.
Existing occupiers at the 13-acre Regent’s Place campus include Facebook, Debenhams, Santander and Dentsu Aegis.

The Plaza, which lies at the heart of Regent’s Place, is a popular destination for people to eat, drink and spend time, so we are creating a retail and leisure offering which adds vibrancy and complements the surrounding area.”
