The US billionaire who created the Monster energy drink brand is close to completing his largest UK real estate deal.
Rodney Sacks will pay Stenprop £48.5m – a 5.3% yield – for 24 Chiswell Street, EC1.
The 76,465 sq ft office, which was completed in 1989, is the latest in a string of London acquisitions by Sacks’ private family trust, including 14 Holborn, EC1, and John Snow House, E1.
Advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook, the trust has been targeting buildings with redevelopment potential. DTZ advised Stenprop.
