Intu has instructed Halls Commercial and Vail Williams to market a mixed-use development site in Dudley, West Midlands.
The Waterfront development site, owned by intu, which also owns adjacent Merry Hill Shopping centre, currently comprises 750,000 sq ft of offices, with scope for development to 181 luxury homes.
The site also contains 2,000 car parking spaces, bars, restaurants, a hotel and leisure amenities.
Halls Commercial partner Colin Jarvie said: “The new residential development, along with a recently launched Dudley business investment zone with a two-year break in rates for new businesses, looks set to pump up interest in the Waterfront”.
