Cushman-Wakefield-logo-THUMB.jpegFosun International is in talks to acquire Cushman & Wakefield, according to Bloomberg.

The Shanghai-based firm, owned by Chinese billionaire Guo Guangchang, was one of several companies to show interest in C&W, which is seeking £1.3bn from the deal.

Last month the agency had hired Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to seek potential buyers.

C&W reported record results last year, with net income rising by 33% to £41m.
