CBRE Global Investors has entered into a joint venture with Boultbee Brooks Real Estate to refurbish and relet Kings House in Reading.
Boultbee Brooks Real Estate bought the seven-storey office building at 33 Kings Road in Reading in March 2014 for £8.6m and CBRE Global Investors has committed more than £20m to refurbish the asset.
The completed building will comprise 92,238 sq ft of office space, 23,000 sq ft more than the original asset.
Ian Wilson, director of CBRE Global Investors, said: “We can see the potential this building has following the extensive refurbishment we have planned and have joined forces with an experienced developer to see this project through.”
