SEGRO is to speculatively build a 70,656 sq ft office development at 234 Bath Road in Slough, Berkshire.
Designed by Flanagan and Lawrence, the four-storey spec office is in response to high occupier demand and falling availability of grade-A space in the Thames Valley. Completion is scheduled for spring 2016.
The building will be available to let either as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis, with floorplates starting at 22,339 sq ft.
