The DCLG has appointed five people to the board of the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, including a former LandSec finance director.
David Holt, Louise Hardy, Bob Lane, David Lock and Katie Perrior will serve alongside the corporation’s chairman, Michael Cassidy, three members nominated by Kent county council, Dartford borough council and Gravesham borough council, as well as the yet-to-be-announced chief executive of the corporation.
David Holt was a finance director at Land Securities and Louise Hardy is a former director of Laing O’Rourke. David Lock is currently strategic planning adviser to David Lock Associates; Bob Lane is currently a board member of the Homes and Communities Agency and Katie Perrior is a board member of not-for-profit trade body Trading for Good.
