FINANCE: Tritax Big Box REIT has increased its stock issue from £150m to £175m following high demand.
As a result, a total of 159,090,909 ordinary shares will be issued at a price of 110 pence per share.
Proceeds of the issue will be used to further invest in UK big box properties. The firm is currently under offer on three new assets.
