A £90m office-led scheme boasting a prime frontage on Shoreditch High Street, E1, is to be put up for sale.
Dominic White’s Shoreditch Village Holdings has appointed Knight Frank to sell phase two of its 0.8-acre City fringe site.
Architect De Metz Forbes Knight has drawn up revised plans for the site featuring a 52,500 sq ft building, plus market kiosks and public realm. The building features 46,000 sq ft of offices and 18,000 sq ft of shops.
An earlier EllisMiller-designed scheme for the site already has planning consent.
Citizen M is on site developing a 211-bedroom hotel as part of the first phase of the project.
Knight Frank will seek bids in excess of £20m for a new 160-year headlease.
The site at 187 Shoreditch High Street is bounded by Bateman Row, Anning Street and New Inn Yard and is intersected by the East London line.
