Cadogan has appointed Louisa Woodbridge as head of residential lettings.
Woodbridge joins from Grosvenor where she was head of London estate leasing.
In her new role she will be responsible for managing the residential leasing strategies for the Cadogan Estate in Chelsea.
Woodbridge has more than 14 years’ experience in leasing west and south-west London properties. Prior to her time at Grosvenor, Woodbridge also spent time at Knight Frank and Cluttons.
Woodbridge will report directly to Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan, who said: “Louisa’s reputation precedes her and we are delighted to welcome her enthusiasm and experience to Cadogan. She will work closely with the team to manage and develop our residential lettings portfolio, including detailed input to space planning and interior design to ensure our properties remain amongst the most desirable in London, while delivering first class customer service for our residents.”
