TIAA Henderson Real Estate has acquired Milsom Place, Bath, from the L&R Group for £26.1m, a net yield of 5.76%.
The property comprises around 56,000 sq ft of retail over three levels. Tenants include Jamie’s Italian, Carluccio’s and YO! Sushi.
Passing rents on the restaurants are between £35 and £50 per sq ft.
