Boultbee Brooks Real Estate has sold Rivington House, EC2, to The Charities Property Fund for £15.2m, a net yield of 4.75%.
The 17,743 sq ft, eight-storey office block, on Great Eastern Street, is let entirely to LK Bennett on a 15-year lease.
