US real estate company Thor Equities has bought a 7,400-square-foot property on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris, paying €70m for the building, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
The purchase is Thor Equities’ second on the avenue; the latest acquisition is the location of the Queen nightclub.
