Homebuilder CALA has reported increased stock volumes and an average selling price up 27% in the first eight months of its trading year.
The average selling price of a CALA unit was up to £537,000 from £423,000 year-on-year, with 90% sold for 2015.
The company said that this sales figure was achieved largely without the assistance of the Help to Buy scheme.
Over the period the company was contracted on 38 new sites with 1,478 plots, which takes its landbank to more than 13,400 plots with a total gross development value of £5bn.
The company expects to report record revenue and profit at its year end.
