Huntswood has taken 10,000 sq ft at Abbey Gardens South in Reading on a 10-year lease at a rent of £29 per sq ft.
The letting is the first at the 77,000 sq ft office building which has just undergone extensive refurbishment by Hermes Real Estate and Bell Hammer.
Huntswood already occupies 35,000 sq ft in the adjacent Abbey Gardens Central. They have also acquired an additional 5,000 sq ft in Abbey Gardens Central which is linked to the new suite.
Matthew Bonfield at Huntswood said: “Huntswood is currently undergoing a period of expansion and as a result we needed additional space to house our new employees.
“Having the flexibility to grow into the adjacent office building as well as join up one of the floors has proved the ideal solution for our business.”
