IDI Gazeley is to spec build two new sheds at Milton Keynes and Daventry totalling more than 483,000 sq ft.
The Milton Keynes development at Magna Park will be 185,742 sq ft. The development at G.Park in Daventry will be 297,320 sq ft.
Construction of both buildings has now started at the two sites and both are expected to be available for occupation by August this year.
Nigel Godfrey, executive director and UK Country head at IDI Gazeley, said: “In the past 12 months, we have developed and leased in excess of 2m sq ft of sustainable logistics space to customers across the UK and are confident that the development of these buildings will yield much interest.”
