The London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has approved plans for a £400m mixed-use redevelopment of Albert Wharf near Wandsworth Bridge, SW6.
Ptarmigan Land’s plans include 237 private homes on the 3.5-acre site plus 60 off-site affordable homes.
The land promotion specialist is expected to seek a development partner once the section 106 agreement is finalised.
The Allies & Morrison-designed scheme also includes shops, offices and leisure uses as well as an enclosed wharf and jetty, with the working wharf integrated into the project.
