Chipotle Mexican Grill has signed up for its first restaurant in the Square Mile.
The group has leased 1,493 sq ft at 49 London Wall from a private client of Helix Property Advisors.
It will be Chipotle’s seventh restaurant in London.
Cushman & Wakefield is Chipotle’s retained agent in London.
Thomas Rose, head of leisure and restaurants at C&W, said: “London Wall is a great acquisition for Chipotle. The dynamic City market will provide a new trade zone for the brand as it expands into new areas across the capital. This site will be the first of several new strategic growth locations over the coming years.”
