Prime Leicester Square space to let

Leicester-Square-original-THUMB.jpegPrime leisure space 29 Leicester Square, WC2, is to be let after wine bar Yates’s leaves later this year.

The lease for the 10,000 sq ft building under Capital Radio’s headquarters is being offered by landlord Criterion Capital on a 20-year lease at an annual rent of £2m.

Nash Bond and Savills are acting for Criterion Capital.

Leasing agent Richard Scott, director at Nash Bond, said: “This is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire a flagship presence in London. We expect strong interest from international restaurant and bar operators looking for that flagship London presence.”
