Allsop Residential achieved total sales of £50.5m from its most recent auction, selling 213 of 246 lots offered – an 87% success rate.
Top lots included a development opportunity comprising the freehold of a vacant house in Bromley, Kent, which is currently arranged as two flats but has planning permission for extension and conversion into a seven-bedroom house. It sold for £1m.
The auction took place on 26 March at the Cumberland Hotel, W1.
