City law firm eyes office move

Ince-&-CoLaw firm Ince & Co has instructed agents to find 40,000 sq ft of office space in the City and Canary Wharf as it considers a move away from its current base.

The international legal practice is currently based in International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, E1.

However, is has appointed CBRE to find new space ahead of an upcoming break in its lease.

Ince & Co senior partner Jan Heuvels said: “Consistent with any organisation whose property is approaching a break point in its lease, we can confirm that we are currently considering a number of options available to us. These include redesigning our current office space and looking at alternative 40,000 sq ft offices in the City and Canary Wharf. We have instructed CBRE to help us with this search for a potential new office.

“Any future plans will depend on an ability to enhance our working environment and the service that we are able to provide to our clients.”
