Landid poaches JLL’s Hiatt

Chris-Hiatt-JLLJLL national office agency chairman Chris Hiatt has quit the firm to join Landid.

The agency heavyweight, who has worked on projects including the International Quarter and Silver Town, will join Landid to work on the UK roll out of its Western Corridor product.

Landid chief executive Trevor Silver said: “Chris has been a friend and colleague of the company for many years and has become a part of the product we are currently creating. He will be a major asset to Landid and we are delighted that he’s joining us.”

One of the best known names in the industry, Hiatt has now resigned after 29 years at JLL, and will join Landid at director level.

 JLL UK chief executive Guy Grainger said: “Chris Hiatt has decided to leave the firm to embark on a new role this time on client side at Landid.

 “Chris has made a fantastic contribution to the firm over his 29 years at JLL working on some of the most exciting urban developments across the UK and has made extensive contributions to the National Office Agency team. He has been a great colleague and we now look forward to him being a major client of JLL.

 “We thank him for all of his hard work over the years and wish him all the best for the future.”
