Earls Court Partnership Limited, the investment vehicle established between Capital & Counties and TfL to deliver Earls Court 1 and 2, has been completed.
ECPL now owns new 999-year leases on the two properties. In addition, ECPL has acquired adjacent properties from CapCo. The assets, which are located primarily on and around Lillie Road, SW6, are valued at £49m.
CapCo owns 63% of ECPL while TfL owns 37%; CapCo is also the scheme’s business and development manager.
