M&G Real Estate has hired Kerry Williams as a retail investment director, reporting to John Duxbury, head of retail.
In his new role, Williams will be responsible for sourcing retail sector acquisitions across the out of town, in-town high street, and leisure sectors.
Kerry joins from Colliers International where he worked in both asset and investment fields.
Duxbury said: “With a track record of creating innovative retail opportunities and having worked with a broad range of clients and agency contacts on some high-profile deals, Kerry will make a valuable addition to the team.”
