Primary Health Properties increases rent roll

Primary-Health-Properties-logoPrimary Health Properties has increased its rent roll and taken on three new properties in the last four months.

The aggregate value of the company’s portfolio has now increased to £1.05bn for its 268 medical centre assets.

The three acquisitions are a Wiltshire-based asset for £7.7m, one in Colwyn Bay for £4.6m and a third in Dinas Powys for £3.4m.

In addition, the company has completed on a development it forward-funded in Chester, which added £1.13m per annum in rental income.

The rental income of the company had therefore increased by 22 April to £61.7m from £60.9m in December 2014.

The company sees the outcome of the general election as important for the business due to the varying levels of commitment proposed by the parties, but is confident that GP surgeries and clinics will remain at the heart of the NHS model.
